# Danh mục tin tức

* Tên danh mục sẽ hiển thị theo bảng với các cột:\
  \| STT | Tên danh mục | Thao tác (Sửa / Xoá) |
* Có ô **tìm kiếm theo tên** và chọn số lượng **dòng mỗi trang**.

## Thêm mới danh mục tin tức

* Nhấn nút ![](/files/c48NJIlV2VECEvCUJm8R) (góc trên bên phải).
* Popup hiển thị với trường nhập “Tên danh mục” (bắt buộc).
* Nhấn ![](/files/oeN1JQ552ap1m4x9fF7e) để hoàn tất.

📌 *Mẹo:* Đặt tên danh mục rõ ràng và ngắn gọn, ví dụ:

* `Sự kiện`, `Thông báo nghỉ lễ`, `Tin khuyến mãi`, `Hướng dẫn sử dụng`.

## Cập nhật danh mục

* Bấm nút ![](/files/wvJ0mI8jdChyFy9yizDN) ở dòng danh mục muốn chỉnh sửa.
* Popup xuất hiện, cho phép sửa tên danh mục.
* Nhấn ![](/files/LF5wZMPv7bEgCk8jg2v2) để lưu thay đổi.

## Xóa danh mục

* Bấm nút ![](/files/Bc8KBxEuGKOjccA6Mtqp) để xóa.
* Hệ thống hiển thị cảnh báo:

  > “Dữ liệu sẽ không được phục hồi với thao tác này!”

📌 *Lưu ý:* Không thể xóa danh mục đã gắn với bài viết. Cần di chuyển bài viết sang danh mục khác trước khi xóa.

## Gợi ý quản trị danh mục hiệu quả

* Giữ số lượng danh mục vừa phải, tránh trùng lặp (ví dụ không nên có cả “Tin nổi bật” và “Bài nổi bật”).
* Sử dụng **danh mục để phân phối nội dung dễ đọc** theo nhóm, ví dụ:
  * Thông báo nội bộ
  * Tin tuyển dụng
  * Hướng dẫn dành cho người mới
