# Danh sách đặt lịch

**Các chức năng chính:**

* 🔍 **Bộ lọc tìm kiếm:**
  * Tìm theo mã đặt, tên, số điện thoại
  * Lọc theo Chi nhánh, Trạng thái (Chờ xác nhận / Đã xác nhận), Thời gian
  * Nút `Lọc dữ liệu`, `Xuất Excel`
* 📋 **Danh sách lịch đặt:**
  * Hiển thị STT, thông tin khách (mã đặt lịch, tên, SĐT, ngày giờ, ghi chú)
  * Trạng thái: “Chờ xác nhận”, “Đã xác nhận”
  * Hành động:

## Check-in bằng QR Code

**Mở bằng:** nút `Check in` trên góc phải

**Chức năng:**

* Quét mã QR để tìm lịch đặt
* Hỗ trợ:
  * 📸 **Request Camera Permission**: Dùng camera quét mã
  * 📂 **Scan an Image File**: Dùng ảnh chứa mã QR

**Chức năng:**

* Xem/Chỉnh sửa thông tin đặt lịch: mã, ngày giờ, trạng thái, khách hàng, ghi chú
* Xem dịch vụ kèm theo nếu có
* Cập nhật thông tin và lưu bằng nút `Cập nhật`

## Xác nhận đặt lịch
